We are a global community of more than 100,000 women that run for headspace, for time to ourselves, to meet other Mums, to feel healthier and happier. This Mum Runs offer a FREE Run30 app, a simple programme based on minutes moving and we’ll be with you every step of the way to the ultimate goal – being able to run for 30 minutes non stop. There is session by session coaching, loads of video content and access to expert advice you can trust. It is the perfect programme for those of you who are just starting out or those getting back into running having lost your mojo. This app is all about building up running confidence. And it is now available FREE on both Android and via the Apple App Store, loads more mamas will be able to join us on this journey!

THIS GIRL CAN RUN

No one gets to choose how you exercise other than you. Your body, your call. And whatever that looks like, we think it’s worth celebrating. This Girl Can, funded by The National Lottery, believes that there’s no “right” way to get active. However you jiggle, kick, lift, stretch, or sprint, it’s time to get moving how you damn please

There’s plenty of inspiration and support on offer from the This Girl Can community on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
